The Brewster Ice Arena is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstates 684 & 84, near routes 22, 202 and 6, 1 mile north of the Westchester county border in North Salem and only 3 miles west of Connecticut at the Ridgefield/Danbury borders. The Brewster Ice Arena opened in 1997 servicing the needs in Putnam County, Northern Westchester, Dutchess County and Danbury/Western Connecticut area. The facility is 90,000 square feet, 3 floors, has over 500 parking spaces, 2 full service professional ice rinks, a studio rink on the second floor, café/snack bar, fully stocked pro shop, The Players Club Bar and Family Restaurant, The Gym @ Brewster Ice Arena, outdoor batting cages in the Spring - Fall, provides family fun and entertainment for all. It is also the host to 15 local High School teams, 20 +travel teams, has a tremendous group lesson & instructional hockey program, recreational in-house leagues, mini-mite initiation programs, Fall & Spring High School leagues, year round adult leagues in 4 different levels as well as an adult beginner program and competitive figure skating. We are the home of the Skating Club of Brewster, the Brewster Bulldogs, Team Westchester, the Brewster Blackhawks and the Taconic Speedskating Club.
